Job Title: HR Generalist (Company Payroll)

Location: Chakala, Andheri (Near Metro Station)

Experience: 3 – 5 years

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates).
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
Use various channels for candidate sourcing (job portals, LinkedIn, etc.).
Onboarding Process:

Conduct and manage the new hire onboarding process.
Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, completed, and maintained.
Organize orientation sessions and provide a smooth transition for new employees into the company culture.
Payroll Management:

Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to payroll (Provident Fund, taxes, etc.).
Employee Relations:

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, payroll, and benefits.
Address employee concerns and assist in conflict resolution.
Compliance and Record-Keeping:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
Maintain up-to-date records of employees, including personal details, performance evaluations, and training logs.
Other HR Functions:

Assist with employee performance evaluations and provide support for learning and development initiatives.
Support HR team with other tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent English communication (both verbal and written).
3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll management.
Knowledge of HR laws, statutory benefits (PF, ESIC, Gratuity), and compliance.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle employee relations issues.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.
