As an HR Fresher, you will assist the HR team in various tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
– Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
– Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
– Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
– Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
