Jobsvale.com Rudram Placement is looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The role involves handling hiring processes and ensuring smooth HR activities within the organization.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Manage attendance, leave, and HR operations
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of HR processes and recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with HRMS and ATS tools
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho CRM or Salesforce
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR
• Experience in recruitment and HR operations preferred
