Job Title: HR Executive
Experience:Minimum 6+ months of dedicated HR internship in IT/Tech, OR
Minimum 1 year of full-time HR experience in an IT/Tech company
Salary: Will be discussed during the interview.

Job Overview:
As an HR Executive with 1 year of experience, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions within the organization. This role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR-related tasks. The HR Executive will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and policies.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
– Support onboarding processes for new employees, including preparing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
– Handle employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
– Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
– Manage HR documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
– Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– 1 year of experience in HR or a related role.
– Solid understanding of HR processes and practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications.
– HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
