Job Title: HR Executive
Job Overview:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in HR roles and will possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews
– Handle employee onboarding and orientation
– Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
– Develop and implement training programs for employees
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
– Maintain HR records and documentation
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 3 years of experience in HR roles
– Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
– Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
