Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HR Executive with at least 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
– Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
– Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
– Handling employee relations matters and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
– Conducting performance evaluations and managing employee performance improvement plans.
– Overseeing HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records and processing payroll.
– Assisting with onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
– Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
– Proficient in MS Office applications.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
