Job Overview:
As an HR Executive with 0-2 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources operations of the organization. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and other HR functions.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and issuing job offers.
– Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
– Administer performance management programs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
– Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
– Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
– Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– 0-2 years of experience in HR roles.
– HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
