Job Overview:
A HR Executive with 0-2 years of experience responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
3. Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
4. Support in performance management activities, including goal setting and performance reviews.
5. Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
7. Handle employee queries and HR-related issues in a timely manner.
8. Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– 0-2 years of experience in HR roles.
– Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
– Detail-oriented and well-organized.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications:
