Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
Manage employee engagement, retention, and performance evaluation processes.
Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Oversee payroll, attendance management, and leave policies.
Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports for audits and decision-making.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
