Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of human resources experience and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Responsibilities:
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
– Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees.
– Implement performance management processes to drive employee engagement and development.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
– Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
– Conduct training sessions for employees on HR-related topics.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– 2-3 years of experience in HR roles.
– Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
