Job Description: HR Executive

Job Overview:
The HR Executive will support the human resources department in various functions, such as recruitment, training, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a desire to contribute to the overall success of the HR department.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
– Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
– Manage employee records and HR databases.
– Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for staff.
– Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
– Help with performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.
– Support the HR team in compliance and administrative tasks.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time management abilities.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications.
– Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Qualifications:
– 0-1 years of experience in a human resources role.
– HR certification is a plus.
