Job Title: HR Executive

Job Overview:
The HR Executive will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions within the organization to ensure smooth operations. They will work closely with the HR team to support recruitment, employee relations, and other HR activities.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
– Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes
– Maintain employee records and handle HR-related documentation
– Assist in performance management processes
– Support employee relations activities and address employee queries
– Assist with HR compliance and policy implementation
– Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 1 year of experience in HR or related roles
– Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Detail-oriented and organized
– Ability to work well in a team environment

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 1 year of experience in HR or related roles
