Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HR Executive with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various HR functions and supporting the organization in achieving its human resource goals.
Responsibilities
– Coordinate recruitment and selection process
– Conduct new employee onboarding and orientations
– Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
– Handle employee relations and grievance procedures
– Manage performance appraisal processes
– Maintain employee records and HR database
– Assist in training and development initiatives
Requirements and Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR role
– Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
