Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified HR Executive with 2 years of experience to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees
– Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations
– Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
– Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
– Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 2 years of experience in HR roles
– Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
