Job Title: HR Executive (Non-IT)
Location: Punagam, Surat
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in HR roles
Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and dynamic HR Executive to join our team in Punagam, Surat. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources and will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing candidates, shortlisting resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and hire suitable candidates.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Handle employee grievances and work towards resolving conflicts.
Organize employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work culture.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and other employee benefits.
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
Compliance & Legal Knowledge:
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process and maintain records.
Assist in setting performance targets and ensuring the achievement of goals.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs for employees and coordinate internal/external training programs.
Help employees in career development and growth through training initiatives.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain HR-related reports and assist in the preparation of management presentations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports for management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience in HR roles.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employee relations.
Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desirable Qualities:
Proactive and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
