Job Title: HR Executive (1 year experience)

Job Overview:
As an HR Executive with 1 year of experience, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions within the organization. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and other HR activities.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
3. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
4. Coordinate performance management processes such as appraisals and goal setting.
5. Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
6. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
7. Support in conducting training and development programs.
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. 1 year of experience in HR roles.
3. Knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
7. Detail-oriented and well-organized.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
