Job Title: HR Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HR Executive with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and regulations, as well as the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
– Handle employee relations and address any workplace issues or conflicts
– Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
– Administer employee benefits and payroll
– Coordinate training and development programs
– Maintain HR records and documentation
