Job Overview:

– Assisting in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
– Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
– Managing employee records and HR databases.
– Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
– Handling employee inquiries and providing HR-related support.
– Assisting in performance management processes.
– Supporting employee engagement initiatives.
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams on HR projects.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR roles.
– Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Detail-oriented and highly organized.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications:
