Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive (Female)

Experience: 1-2 years (Preferred)

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on Interview)

Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Monitor employee performance and assist in creating performance improvement plans.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure a positive work environment and culture.
Assist in resolving employee grievances and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in an organized manner.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the workplace.
Required Skills:

Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and retention strategies.
Communication: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Certifications: HR management certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an added advantage.
