Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of HR experience and be knowledgeable in all aspects of human resources management. This role involves overseeing various HR functions and working closely with employees and management to ensure a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
– Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
– Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
– Provide guidance and coaching to employees on HR policies and procedures
– Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
– Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
– 3 years of experience in HR management
– Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
– Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 3 years of experience in HR management role
– Certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred
