Position: HR Executive – Night Shift

Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct preliminary HR interviews and coordinate with technical teams for further rounds.
Maintain recruitment data and reports.
Oversee onboarding processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Support HR operations and employee engagement activities during night shift hours.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT hiring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle night shift responsibilities.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.
