Job Title: HR Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team. This entry-level position will provide valuable experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
– Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
– Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
– Provide support in employee relations matters and address employee queries.
– Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff.
– Handle administrative tasks such as preparing HR documents and reports.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Basic knowledge of HR practices and principles.
– Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
