Job Overview:
The HR Executive will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be able to support HR initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities:
– Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
– Conducting employee onboarding and orientation sessions
– Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy
– Handling employee relations matters and escalating issues when necessary
– Assisting in performance management processes
– Supporting HR projects and initiatives

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role
– Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
– Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
