Job Title: HR Executive
Job Overview
We are seeking a competent HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
– Coordinate recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
– Conduct new hire orientations and handle employee onboarding processes.
– Assist in performance management activities, such as performance appraisals and goal setting.
– Handle employee relations issues and work to resolve conflicts as needed.
– Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
– Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
– Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
– Solid understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
