Job Description: HR Executive (1 Year Experience)
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the HR department with various tasks and projects.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
– Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
– Handle employee relations and provide support to resolve employee issues.
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
– Assist in training and development initiatives for employees.
– Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR roles.
– Solid understanding of HR practices and regulations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– HR certification is a plus.
