Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of HR experience and be knowledgeable in HR processes, best practices, and employment laws. The HR Executive will be responsible for various HR tasks and initiatives to support the organization’s human resources functions.

Responsibilities:
– Manage recruitment and selection processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
– Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
– Assist in performance management processes, such as conducting performance appraisals and identifying training needs.
– Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
– Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
– Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training programs, and retention strategies.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role.
– Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
