Job Title: HR Executive

Job Overview:
The HR Executive plays a crucial role in the human resources department by assisting in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a deep understanding of HR operations.

Responsibilities:
– Support in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
– Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
– Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and staff.
– Assist in performance management activities such as goal setting, performance appraisal, and feedback.
– Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and development.
– Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources roles.
– Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
– Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
– SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
