Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Handle onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring data
Support HR team in other day-to-day HR functions as needed
Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
Required Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Knowledge of HR best practices and recruitment strategies
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
