Job Title: HR Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented HR Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team.
The HR Executive will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations,
performance management, and policy implementation.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
– Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes
– Manage employee relations and address grievances in a timely and effective manner
– Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
– Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles
– Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
– Detail-oriented and organized

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles
– Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
