Job Title: HR Executive
Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad
Industry: Automation / Manufacturing
Experience: 2 to 3 years (preferably in a manufacturing company)
Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (MBA-HR)
Gender: Open to all
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Every 3rd Saturday Off)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month (based on interview performance)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
Handle employee documentation, HR records, and compliance.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Address employee queries and assist with grievance handling.
Ensure implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
Assist in performance appraisal and evaluation processes.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
