Job Title: HR Coordinator
Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: US Timings (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)
Salary Range: ₹5 LPA – ₹8 LPA

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
– Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs.
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
– Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
– Handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
– Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR coordination or related roles.
– Solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR coordination or related roles.
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
