Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience and will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions in the organization.

Responsibilities:
– Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
– Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation procedures.
– Maintain employee records and HRIS database.
– Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary HR-related support.
– Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
– Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.
– Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
– Contribute to the overall success of the HR department.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Proven experience as an HR Associate or similar role for at least 3 years.
– Sound knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
– Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles.
– HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
