Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Head to oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of HR and administrative experience, with a strong understanding of labor laws, recruitment strategies, employee relations, and administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
– Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
– Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
– Supervise administrative staff and functions, including office management, facilities maintenance, and procurement.
– Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of HR and administrative operations.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR and administration roles.
– Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
– Proficient in HRIS, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
– Proven track record of successful HR and administrative leadership.
