Job Description (JD) – Healthcare Process (AR Callers / Billing) | Cognizant
Location: Hyderabad
Process: Healthcare (AR Calling / Billing / Payment Posting / Charge Entry)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Shift: Night Shift / US Shift
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off
Transportation: Both-way Cab Provided
Salary: 30% Hike + Shift Allowance + Incentives
Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
Handle AR Calling, Billing, Payment Posting, and Charge Entry
Follow up on insurance claims, denials, and reimbursements
Ensure timely payments from insurance companies and patients
Work on medical billing software and claim processing tools
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written – English)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of US healthcare and insurance processes
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to work in night shifts (US shift)
Interview Process:
L1 Round – Initial Screening
L2 Round – Final Technical/HR Round
