• Assist in recruitment and onboarding process
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Handle attendance and leave management
• Support payroll coordination
• Manage office administration tasks
• Handle employee queries and coordination
• Maintain reports and HR data
• Ensure smooth office operations
Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and admin work
• Recruitment and onboarding coordination
• Employee record management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and coordination skills
• Time management and multitasking ability
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, email handling)
