Title: Generative AI Engineer
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will work on large language models, generative systems, and AI-powered applications that solve real-world business problems. This role requires strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and modern GenAI frameworks.
Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using large language models and other generative architectures
Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLMs and generative models for performance and accuracy
Build and manage RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases
Implement prompt engineering strategies and inference optimization techniques
Develop APIs and microservices for AI model serving using FastAPI / Flask
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
Integrate GenAI capabilities into web and enterprise applications
Monitor model performance, latency, and quality in production environments
Apply responsible AI, security, and data privacy best practices
Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI technologies
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
Certifications in AI/ML, Generative AI, or Cloud platforms are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience with LLMs, Hugging Face, and GenAI frameworks
Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex and RAG architectures
Knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
Strong understanding of ML model lifecycle and deployment
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Knowledge of API development and system integration
Awareness of AI ethics, security, and compliance
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
