We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Tech Lead with 6-9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of full stack applications, overseeing a team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing full stack applications.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance.
– Review code, provide feedback, and ensure coding best practices are followed.
– Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to meet project deadlines.
– Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to ensure the team uses the latest tools and practices.
– Mentor junior developers and provide training opportunities to enhance team skills.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
– 6-9 years of experience in full stack development.
– Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
– Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
– Experience with database management and design (SQL and NoSQL).
– Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
– Experience in Agile development methodologies.
