Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to oversee and manage our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating development projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance
– Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical skills and productivity
– Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during the development process

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– 6-9 years of experience in software development, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies
– Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects from initiation to completion
– Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C
– Familiarity with modern web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Leadership abilities with a focus on promoting collaboration and teamwork

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– 6-9 years of experience in software development and team leadership roles
