Job Description – Team Lead: Full Stack Developer
Location: Mohali
Experience: 5 to 6 years
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end development of web applications, overseeing both front-end and back-end components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure applications.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team performance to meet organizational goals.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Required Skills:
Frontend Development:
Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Strong experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and responsive design
Knowledge of frontend performance optimization
Backend Development:
Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot)
Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.)
Database Management:
Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
Proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries and database optimization
Knowledge of ORMs like Sequelize, Mongoose, or Hibernate
Cloud & DevOps:
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of serverless computing and microservices architecture
Version Control & Project Management:
Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub, or GitLab
Experience in Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana
Soft Skills & Leadership:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
