Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Full Stack Developer to manage and mentor a development team while actively contributing to software projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, leadership skills, and the ability to oversee the complete development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers in full-stack development.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Ensure best coding practices, performance optimization, and security implementation.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to the team.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and progress tracking.
Required Skills:
Front-end: Strong experience in React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
Back-end: Proficiency in Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or similar technologies.
Database Management: Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) databases.
Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
Version Control: Strong experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab.
API Development: Expertise in RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Agile Development: Experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
Problem-solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Team Leadership: Ability to lead, train, and manage developers effectively.
