– Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
– Assist in planning and arranging meetings.
– Maintain a tidy and presentable front office area.
– Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
Requirements and Skills:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
