Job Description:
We are hiring a well-spoken and presentable Front Office Executive for a leading car dealership in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, and supporting internal departments with basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in customers and direct them appropriately
Handle incoming calls and route them to the concerned department
Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules
Support the sales and service teams with coordination and documentation
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Handle basic administrative and clerical duties

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in front office or receptionist roles (automobile or service industry preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations
Ability to multitask and stay organized

Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Female candidates preferred for this role
