HappyOn Party & Play is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations and ensure a welcoming experience for visitors and customers. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional reception area
• Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings
• Maintain visitor records and office documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth daily operations
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
• Manage office supplies and support administrative activities
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Perform other front office and administrative duties as required
