Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Job Overview:
As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient reception and administrative support while providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals
– Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, filing, and data entry
– Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
– Monitor and manage office supplies inventory
– Assist other departments with administrative tasks when needed

Requirements and Skills:
– Minimum of 1 year experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
– Professional appearance and demeanor
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications a plus
