Job Description

Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 (in-hand) + Allowances
Experience: 2 to 5 years (experience in customer-facing roles like at stores/showrooms is preferred)
Qualification: HSC to Graduate
Gender: Both Male & Female candidates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure a positive first impression.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, offering assistance, and solving customer issues promptly.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with various internal departments to address customer needs and provide seamless service.
Feedback Collection & Reporting: Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams to improve customer experience.
Handling Special Requests & VIP Services: Manage and prioritize special requests, including those from VIP customers, ensuring high standards of service.
Problem Solving & Crisis Management: Resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency, managing difficult situations calmly and professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and provide quick solutions to customer problems.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Teamwork: Able to collaborate with internal teams and work towards common goals.
Organizational Skills: Capable of managing daily administrative tasks, customer records, and reports accurately.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with using office software (MS Office, etc.) and computer systems for customer management.
