Job Title: Captain/Floor In-charge
Location: Durgakund, Banaras
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Shift Timings: 10 hours
Benefits: Food + Accommodation + ESIC + PF + 4 weeks off per month

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Captain/Floor In-charge to join our team at a leading hospitality venue in Durgakund, Banaras. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day floor operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Staff: Lead a team of waiters, servers, and other floor staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer service.
Customer Service: Provide a positive and professional experience to all customers by managing service quality, handling guest requests, and resolving complaints effectively.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Manage seating arrangements and guest flow.
Training & Development: Provide training to floor staff on customer service, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels of materials, cutlery, and other floor-related supplies to ensure everything is ready for service.
Operational Efficiency: Ensure the floor is always organized, clean, and meets all health and safety standards.
Shift Management: Oversee the daily operations during your shift, including staff scheduling and managing workload distribution.
Upselling & Sales: Actively engage with guests to promote menu specials, drinks, and services to enhance sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality or foodservice management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations in a professional manner.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations and floor management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Must be proactive, organized, and have a positive attitude.
Additional Information:
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month (based on experience).
Benefits: Food + Accommodation + ESIC + PF + 4 weeks off per month.
Work Environment: Dynamic, fast-paced, and focused on providing excellent service.
Shift Timings: 10 hours per shift, with a rotational schedule.
