Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to drive sales and grow our customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and promoting products and services effectively.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
– Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
– Meet with potential clients to present products and services.
– Negotiate and close sales deals.
– Provide excellent customer service and support.
– Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
– Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a field sales role.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
– At least 1 year of experience in field sales.
– Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
