Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Field Relationship Manager with at least 2 years of experience to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing support, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves regular communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
– Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations
– Understand client needs and offer solutions to ensure satisfaction
– Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues
– Track and analyze client performance and satisfaction metrics
– Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
