Job Title: Field Collection Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Field Collection Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers and collecting overdue payments in a professional and respectful manner. The Field Collection Executive will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
– Contact customers to collect overdue payments.
– Negotiate payment plans with customers who are unable to pay the full amount.
– Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
– Update customer information as needed.
– Report on collection activities and progress to management.
– Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements and Skills:
– At least 1 year of experience in collections or a related field.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Proficiency in using collection software and Microsoft Office applications.
– Excellent customer service skills.
– Knowledge of collection laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Additional certification in collections or a related field is a plus.
