Job Title: Factory Head – Wastewater Industry
Location: Mulund, Mumbai
Work Mode: In-Office, Day Shift
Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Factory Head to oversee and manage operations in our wastewater treatment facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, process optimization, compliance, and team management to ensure efficient factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Implement efficient production processes to maximize productivity.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and workforce.
Optimize wastewater treatment processes for better efficiency.
Train and supervise factory staff to improve performance.
Collaborate with senior management for strategic planning and cost control.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-5 years in factory management (preferably in wastewater treatment).
Strong knowledge of factory operations, compliance, and safety standards.
Leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Ability to analyze data and improve efficiency.
Good communication and decision-making abilities.
